We work directly with brands to negotiate deep discounts. Because we don't hold inventory in a traditional warehouse, we pass those savings directly to you through our limited-time events.
How long does shipping typically take?
Since we order products from our brand partners after an event ends, shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks. This 'wait-a-little, save-a-lot' model allows us to offer boutique prices.
What is the 'Weekend Shipping' rule?
Place an order on Friday and you will unlock free shipping on all additional orders placed until Sunday at midnight. We consolidate your finds to save you money.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of shipment for store credit. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and QCard. We also offer budget-friendly payment plans through QVC's Easy Pay.
How do I track my order?
Once your items reach our distribution center and are scanned, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package's journey.
