At Zulily, we aim to provide exceptional value on unique finds; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a store credit refund. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Zulily account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the specific item you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the return portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your store credit is issued following inspection.
